GREAT BRITAIN, London, England, Tower mint, crown, James I, first coinage (1603-4), thistle mintmark. Sp-2643; North-2070. 14.40 grams. Deeply toned Fine with bold legends but weak central elements, letter H scratched into field above horse's rump, nice aspect overall despite the wear.
